Merchants ink deals to open ahead of summer boating season.

ATHENS, Ga. (May 23, 2022) – Landmark Properties, (Landmark), a fully-integrated real estate firm specializing in the development, construction, acquisition and management of high-quality residential living communities, announces the execution of multiple merchant leases at Dockside Clemson, a residential apartment community located at 894 Tiger Boulevard.

Just in time for the summer boating season – the mixed-use residential community is a short walk to the dock for access to Lake Hartwell, one of the southeast’s largest recreation lakes.

“We are excited to announce new merchant and restaurant offerings to Dockside Clemson residents and Lake Hartwell visitors for the upcoming summer boating season and beyond,” said James Whitley, chief operating officer for Landmark. “Patrons now have many choices to treat themselves, and their families, among the delicious fares from small eateries, family-friendly pubs or plan their fitness routine indoors, before heading outside to enjoy the lake.”

In addition to the bistros on the lower level at Dockside Clemson, the outdoor lakefront space also provides guests with open-air eating areas, an entertainment stage, and a boardwalk to explore and discover Lake Hartwell.

For the recently signed leases, the following storefronts are planning grand openings for Fall 2022.

  • Your Pie pizza chain serves up an assortment of gelato flavors s and distinctive microbrews.
  • Magnetic South Brewing Company, a family-friendly brewery serves pints paired with pizza and snacks, in a fun taproom atmosphere. Additionally, breakfast and coffee will be available for early risers.
  • HOTWORX gives members unlimited 24-hour access to a variety of virtually-instructed, infrared sauna workouts.
  • Dazzling Nails and Spa is equipped with luxury spa chairs and provides customers with the best value in nail and spa services, backed by a team of professional and licensed technicians.
  • Barkery Bistro is an upscale pet bakery and boutique with a full service grooming spa. They offer gourmet treats, eco-friendly toys, fun fashions, and a variety of gift items.
