ATHENS, GA. – Athens-based Landmark Properties recently announced that it has assumed management of Douglas Heights, a student housing community set to open in Fall 2016 in Chattanooga, TN. Douglas Heights will be the first purpose-built off-campus student housing community serving the students at The University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.
Douglas Heights, a 691-bed community, is owned by Riverside Development. Located at the intersection of Douglas and 10th Street, the community will offer various two, three and four bedroom apartments within walking distance to campus. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art clubhouse, fitness facilities, and study space.
This is the first partnership between Riverside Development and Landmark Properties. Landmark is actively identifying additional partnership opportunities to add to its third-party management portfolio.
