Construction Leader Joins London-based Team as Firm Accelerates Growth of Student Accommodation and Residential Platform
London, England (April 20, 2026) – Landmark Properties, a leading global real estate investment manager, today announced the appointment of Rowan Pinkerton as Director of Construction. Mr. Pinkerton will be integral in growing the firm’s pan-European construction team and will be based in Landmark Properties’ London office. His expertise in planning and construction will build on the team’s efforts to bring Landmark Properties’ student accommodations expertise to markets across Europe and augment the firm’s best-in-class student accommodation and residential investment platform. Mr. Pinkerton will report to Jenell Schroeder, Vice President of Construction – UK.

Mr. Pinkerton will oversee the development and implementation of Landmark Properties’ construction plans while managing relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. He brings more than 15 years of construction leadership experience, technical depth and delivery discipline to Landmark Properties’ growing UK-based team. Mr. Pinkerton joins from Bovis, where he served as Project Director. He previously spent nine years as Project Director at Lendlease in the United Kingdom and Australia.
