Lafayette Street in Tallahassee, FL.
Situated steps from the Florida State University campus, The Mark Tallahassee is comprised of three mid-rise buildings sitting on adjacent blocks in the College Town neighborhood. Designed by Dwell Design with Landmark Construction serving as general contractor, The Mark Tallahassee is fully leased ahead of the 2025-2026 school year.

A mix of floorplans range from studios to six-bedroom options across the building’s 202 units. Unique to the market, a collection of VIP penthouse-style units offer residents an upscale option which includes an upgraded technology and appliance package and oversized common areas with pool tables. All units at The Mark Tallahassee come fully furnished and feature gourmet-style kitchens with ample cabinet space, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The JV has also partnered on The Mark Knoxville, an 833-bed student housing community near the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and The Standard at Four Corners, an 890-bed development in Storrs, CT, both delivering this year; and The Standard at West Lafayette near Purdue University, which started construction in April 2025.
