William is a native of Atlanta, GA and recently graduated from Rhodes College with a B.A. in International Relations, as well as a minor in Economics and concentration in Russian Language. Prior to Landmark, he served as the economic field intern at the US Embassy in Kazakstan where he wrote his thesis on the effects of foreign direct investment on labor markets and political systems.
Domestically, William has fostered a lifelong passion for real-estate development, interning at publicly traded REIT’s such as Regency Centers as well as boutique development offices like Allen Morris Company. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering on Whitefield Academy's Alumni board, shooting competitive sporting clays, and following Porsche racing. William is looking forward to working at Landmark, the leader in the student housing industry.
